Ingredients
- 14 thawed Herbed Turkey Meatballs (recipe), sliced
- 10 oz. plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup finely chopped peeled cucumber
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh mint
- 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 4 pocketless pitas, warmed
- 3/4 cup sliced red onion
- 1 cup halved grape tomatoes

In grill pan over medium-high, cook meatballs until heated through, 5-7 minutes; season with pepper. In a medium bowl, mix yogurt, cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice, mint and garlic; season. Divide meatballs among pitas; top with onion, tomatoes and yogurt mixture.
