Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. asparagus
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. chopped shallots
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 2 Tbsp. mustard
- salt and pepper
Directions

Cook asparagus in boiling water for about 5 to 7 minutes or until tender. Drain and set aside.

Heat butter in medium saucepan and saute shallots until wilted. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes. Add asparagus and cook until heated through.
