Ingredients
- 1 lb. pork tenderloin
- 2 tsp canola oil, divided
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. orange juice
- 1 tbsp. molasses
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper

Cut tenderloin into 8 slices; pound each with a meat mallet to 1/2-inch thickness. In a nonstick skillet, heat 1 tsp oil over medium-high heat; brown the pork on both sides. Remove from pan.

In same skillet, heat remaining oil over medium-high heat; saute garlic for 1 minute. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Add pork, turning to coat; cook, uncovered, 3-4 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
