Ingredients
- 3/4 lb. beef top sirloin steak
- 1/2 tsp salt, divided
- 1/2 tsp pepper, divided
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1-2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 2 tbsp. white wine
- 3 tbsp. chopped green onions
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1 tsp Dijon

Sprinkle steak with 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper. In a skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat; cook steak to desired doneness, 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from pan; keep warm.

In same skillet, heat the butter oven medium-high heat; saute mushrooms until tender. Stir in wine; bring to a boil, stirring to loosen browned bits from pan. Stir in the green onions, Worcestershire, mustard and salt and pepper. Cut steak in half; serve with mushroom mixture.
