Ingredients
- 3 cups uncooked wide egg noodles
- 2 lbs. ground turkey
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 1 tsp each chili and onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 4 oz. can chopped green chilies
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar
- Toppings:
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1/3 cup sliced ripe olives
- 1/2 cup taco sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream

Preheat oven to 350. Cook noodles al dente as directed; drain.

In a nonstick skillet, cook turkey until no longer pink; drain. Stir in seasonings, tomato sauce, chilies and water; simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes.

In a greased 11×7-in. dish, layer noodles, turkey mixture and cheese. Bake, uncovered, until cheese melts, 10-15 minutes. Add toppings.
