Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp. canola oil
- 3 tbsp. ketchup
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 3/4 cup beer
Directions

Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper. In a skillet, heat canola oil medium heat; brown the chops on both sides.

Mix the ketchup, brown sugar and beer; pour over chops. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat; simmer, uncovered, until done, 4-6 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
