Savory Beer Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp. canola oil
  • 3 tbsp. ketchup
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup beer

Directions

  1. Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper. In a skillet, heat canola oil medium heat; brown the chops on both sides.

  2. Mix the ketchup, brown sugar and beer; pour over chops. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat; simmer, uncovered, until done, 4-6 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
