Cheesy Cheddar Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

  • 10.75 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar, divided
  • 6 oz. can French fried onions, divided
  • 2- 16 oz. frozen broccoli florets, thawed

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, combine soup, sour cream, 1 cup cheese and 1 1/4 cups onions; stir over medium heat until blended. Add broccoli. Transfer to a greased 2-qt. baking dish. Bake at 325, uncovered, for 25-30 minutes. Top with cheese and onions. Bake until cheese melts.
