Ingredients
- 3 cups milk
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 1/3 plus 1 tbsp. flour
- 4 Tbsp. minced celery
- 1 small onion, grated
- Tabasco Sauce
- Worcestershire sauce
- Paprika
- 2 cans crabmeat
- 2 cans lobster
- 2 lb. fresh cooked shrimp
- 2 jiggers of sherry
- 1 lb. New York cheese
Directions

Simmer 3 cups milk in medium saucepan, remove and let stand for five minutes.

Melt 6 Tbsp. flour, cook over low heat stirring constantly for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat and whisk well.

Place back over heat and cook constantly, when sauce comes to a low simmer, turn heat very low and cook five minutes, stirring frequently. Mix with milk. Keep over low heat. Add celery and onion. Add Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce and paprika to taste.

Add 1/2 lb. grated cheese and stir until it melts. Add sherry, crabmeat, lobster and shrimp. top with another 1/2 lb. grated cheese.

Delicious served in buttered toast ramekins or in shell ramekins as for main dish especially for ladies luncheon.

Pour all of sour cream on top and spread. Put cheese on top and put black in oven to melt cheese until bubbly. Serve hot.
