Ingredients
- 28 oz. can diced tomatoes, drained
- 15 oz. can pizza sauce
- 1 lb. chicken breasts, cut into 1-in. pieces
- 3 oz. pkg. sliced pepperoni, halved
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2- 14.5 oz. cans chicken broth
- 11.25 oz. pkg. frozen garlic Texas toast
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
Directions

In a slow cooker, combine first 9 ingredients. Cook, covered, on LOW until chicken is tender, 6-8 hours.

Cut Texas toast into cubes; bake as directed. Add spinach to soup; heat through. Top with cheese and warm croutons.
