Ingredients
- 3/4 tsp onion salt
- 3/4 tsp celery salt
- 3/4 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2- 3 to 4 lbs. each broiler/fryer chickens
Directions

Preheat oven to 400. Combine the first 4 ingredients.

Place the chickens on a rack in a roasting pan, breast side up. Rub seasonings over the outside and inside of the chickens. Tuck under wings; tie together drumsticks. Roast until cooked through, 1 1/14-1 1/2 hours.

Remove from oven; tent with foil. Let stand 15 minutes before carving.
