Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups hot milk
- 1/2 medium onion
- 3/4 cup Swiss cheese (cut in cubes)
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 4 medium potatoes (peeled and sliced thinly)
Directions

Put milk, onion, cheese, flour and margarine in blender. Cover and process or grind until smooth.

Layer half of potatoes in 2 quart casserole dish. Pour half of milk mixture over potatoes. Add remaining potatoes. Pour remaining milk mixture over top. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours.
