Ingredients
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 2 Tbsp. Grand Marnier
- 1 box (18.25 oz.) spice cake mix
- 1/3 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil

The day before baking, combine raisins and Grand Marnier in a small bowl and stir to distribute liqueur. Cover with airtight lid and set aside for 24 hours.

Heat oven to 375 degrees.

Drain raisins.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, nuts and drained raisins.

In a separate bowl, combine eggs and oil. Add to dry ingredients and mix well. Drop by spoonfuls on an ungreased baking sheet and bake 8 to 10 minutes.
