Avocado-Tomato-Crab Salad

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup spicy vegetable juice
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. imitation crab chunks
- 1 small cucumber, peeled, halved lengthwise, sliced (1 1/2 cups)
- 1 cup halved cherry or grape tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell peppers
- 1/4 cup slivered red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 avocado, chopped
- 1 cup mixed salad greens
- Hot pepper sauce, if desired

Combine vegetable juice and lime juice in medium bowl. Add crab, cucumber, tomatoes, green pepper, onion and parsley; toss to combine. Gently stir in avocado. Garnish with salad greens; serve with hot pepper sauce.
