Avocado-Tuna Tarragon Melts

Ingredients
- 2 Hass avocados, cut into small chunks
- 2 95 oz.) cans albacore tuna in water, drained and flaked
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 1
- Tbsp. chopped fresh tarragon, crushed
- 8 slices bread4 (1 oz.) slices mozzarella cheese

In medium bowl, combine avocado chunks, tuna,

sour cream, celery, vinegar and tarragon; mix well.

Divide and spread mixture on 4 slices of bread. Top each with a slice of cheese, then the remaining bread slices. Lightly brush or coat outside of bread with vegetable oil. Brown in a medium skillet 3 to 4 minutes per side or until cheese melts.
