Slow-Cooked Mesquite Ribs

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. mesquite seasoning
  • 4 lbs. pork baby back ribs, cut into serving-size portions
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce

Directions

  1. In a slow cooker, mix water, cider vinegar and soy sauce. Rub mesquite seasoning on ribs; place in slow cooker.

  2. Cook, covered, on LOW until tender, for 6-8 hours. Remove ribs to a platter. Brush with barbecue sauce; return to slow cooker. Cook, covered, on LOW until ribs are glazed, about 30 minutes.
