Avocado, Bacon, and Shrimp Wraps

Ingredients

  • 2 large lavash flat breads OR flour tortillas
  • 1 Tbsp. regular mayonnaise
  • 4 leaves lettuce
  • 1 avocado. peeled , pitted, sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 lb. cooked peeled shrimp
  • 4 slices cooked bacon

Directions

  1. Spread flat breads or tortillas with mayonnaise. Place a lettuce leaf on each; top each with avocado and tomato slices.

  2. Divide shrimp and bacon evenly among sandwiches; top each with remaining lettuce. Roll flat bread to make a light cylinder.
