Ingredients
- 2 ripe Hass avocados, peeled, pitted, and chopped
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1/4 cup water, plus more if needed
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
- Kosher salt and pepper
Directions

In blender, combine avocados, lime juice, honey, and water; puree until smooth (if necessary, add 1 to 2 Tbsp. of water to loosen mixture for pureeing).

Add cilantro, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper; puree just until incorporated.
