Ingredients
- 1 to 1 1/4 lb. fresh or frozen (thawed) pizza dough
- 3/4 cup marinara sauce
- 6 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 (5 oz.) bag bay arugula
- 1/4 cup packed fresh basil leaves, torn
- 2 oz. prosciutto slices, torn into ribbons
- 1 oz. shaved Parmesan

Place a large cookie sheet in oven, Preheat oven to 475 degrees.

Stretch dough round into small circle. Place on a large sheet of parchment paper, stretching to form 14-inch circle with slight rim. Spread sauce on dough; top with mozzarella in single layer. Transfer, with parchment to hot cookie sheet. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until bottom is crisp and crust is golden brown.

Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, honey and 1/8 tsp. each salt and pepper. Add arugula and basil, toss until well coated.

Cut pizza into quarters. Top with salad, prosciutto, and Parmesan.
