- 1/2 cup of roasted sweet red peppers
- 1 cup of olive oil
- 3 T of fresh parsley
- 2 T of white wine vinegar
- 1/3 lb genoa salami
- 1/3 lb ham (prosciutto)
- 1/2 lb provolone
- 1/2 lb American
- Italian or French bread
