Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 2 cups cubed dinner rolls
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 tbsp. buttermilk
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp. each chopped fresh dill and chives
- 1 tsp distilled white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp minced fresh garlic
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 pkg. baby kale salad mix
- 3/4 cup each sliced celery and red bell pepper

Preheat oven to 375.

Combine butter, oil, Cajun seasoning, and garlic salt; toss with cubed rolls. Spread croutons on a baking sheet; bake until golden and crisp, about 10 minutes.

Whisk together mayo, buttermilk, parsley, dill, chives, vinegar and fresh garlic for the dressing; season with salt and pepper.

Toss together kale, celery, and bell pepper; drizzle with dressing. Top salads with croutons.
