Baby Veggie Dip

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup non-fat, no-cholesterol mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup non-fat plain yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
- 1/2 tsp. "lite" seasoning salt
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
- 1 to 2 drops hot pepper sauce
Directions

Combine all ingredients.

Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve with washed baby vegetables.
