Ingredients
- 6 trout
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. powdered bay leaf
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 12 slices bacon, partially cooked
- 3 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
- Minced parsley
Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Combine milk and salt.

Combine bay leaf, thyme and garlic. Mix well.

Dip fish with bay leaf mixture, then wrap in strips of bacon. Place in buttered baking dish and brush with oil. Sprinkle with parsley. Bake 20- 25 minutes, basting occasionally.
