Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 4 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 tsp Dijon
- 2 romaine hearts, halved lengthwise
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan
- 3/4 cup store-bought croutons
- chopped fresh chives
Directions

In bowl, whisk first 4 ingredients; season dressing. Drizzle romaine halves with dressing. Top with Parmesan, croutons and chives; season.
