Ingredients

• 1 cup sour cream
• 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
• 1 envelope ranch dressing mix
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 cup bacon bits or pieces
• 1/2 to 1/3 cup chopped green onions, green part only, plus more for garnish
• Crackers for serving

Directions

1. In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, blend sour cream, cream cheese and ranch dressing mix until smooth. Fold in shredded cheese, bacon abd green onions. Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with additional green onion. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

2. If a thinner, more dip like, consistency is desired, add 1/4 to 1/2 cup milk.
