Ingredients
- 8 oz. whole-wheat pasta
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 lb. ground lamb
- 6 cups chopped spinach
- 14 oz. can diced tomatoes
- 2 tbsp. tahini
- 1 tsp each ground cumin, dried oregano
- 2 tbsp. feta cheese
Directions

Combine pasta, onion, garlic, and salt in a large pot. Add lamb, crumbled. Add spinach and diced tomatoes. Add tahini, cumin and oregano.

Cook it up. Pour in 4 cups water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Boil, stirring often, until the pasta is cooked and the water has almost evaporated, 10-12 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, before serving. Sprinkle with Feta cheese before serving.
