Trail Mix

Ingredients
- 150g Whole Almonds
- 100g Pecans
- 30g Plain Oats
- Cooking Spray
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 115g dried cranberries
- 200g dried apricots
Directions

Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius

Place nuts and oats in a bowl and spray evenly with cooking oil (lightly – a couple of short sprays is enough)

Add the cinnamon and stir until well distributed

Add 1 tablespoon of honey and stir to coat everything

Spread nut mixture over baking tray lined with foil

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, stirring the mixture every 5 minutes

Remove from oven and let cool

Once cool, stir in the dried fruit, then stir in the second tablespoon of honey

Divide the mixture into 50g servings
