Ingredients
- 15 oz. can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup ice
- 3 tbsp. chopped tarragon
- 3 tbsp. chives
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- Celery sticks, for serving
Directions

Puree chickpeas with parsley, olive oil, tahini, ice, tarragon, chives, garlic, lemon juice and salt in a food processor. Top with more chives. Serve with celery.
