Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 6 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp. rosemary, chopped
- 6 tbsp. butter
Directions

Whisk eggs with flour and milk and salt; let sit 5 minutes. Saute garlic and rosemary in butter in a large ovenproof nonstick skillet, 1 minute. Add the batter and sprinkle with more rosemary. Bake at 425 until puffed and golden around the edge, 18-20 minutes. Sprinkle with sea salt.
