Garlic-Rosemary Dutch Baby

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 6 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp. rosemary, chopped
  • 6 tbsp. butter

Directions

  1. Whisk eggs with flour and milk and salt; let sit 5 minutes. Saute garlic and rosemary in butter in a large ovenproof nonstick skillet, 1 minute. Add the batter and sprinkle with more rosemary. Bake at 425 until puffed and golden around the edge, 18-20 minutes. Sprinkle with sea salt.
