Ingredients

• 3 lbs ground round
• 1/2 lb each ground pork and ground veal
• 1 c dry bread crumbs
• 1-1/3 c milk
• 2 eggs
• 4 T onion, finely chopped
• 1 t seasoned salt
• 1 t pepper
• 1 t dry mustard
• 1/4 t garlic salt
• 4 T Worchestershire sauce

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients together lightly and shape into 2" balls. Arrange on cookie sheet* and bake in a preheated 350 oven for 30 minutes. Makes 4 dozen.

2. *I like to put them on a rack on a cookie sheet, so they don’t absorb the fat that drips off of them. But it’s OK not to use the rack.
