Mocha Protein Smoothie for 2

1. This makes 5 C (two 20oz drinks)
2. The oatmeal – I make up a batch of oatmeal and freeze it in small containers. Just make a batch like you like to fix it.
3.The Bone Broth Protein -use your fav flavor. I use plain because I am allergic to stevia.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 - 1.75 C of Dark Chocolate Almond Milk
  • 1/2 frozen banana (whole if you want more banana)
  • 1 T, heaping, Cashew Butter, organic no sugar added.
  • 3 T (chunks) of frozen oatmeal
  • 1 (5.3 oz) container Chobani coffee flavour yogurt (use vanilla or chocolate if you like)
  • 1.5 scoops of Bone Broth Protein Pure or w/Turmeric (from Ancient Nutrition/Dr. Axe)
  • Ice

Directions

  1. In a blender combine all ingredients and enough ice to make 5 Cups and use your blend button to make your smoothie.

  2. Pour and enjoy.
