Ingredients
- 2 pork chops
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp. dried rosemary, crushed
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 apple, sliced
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
Directions

Cook pork chops in coconut oil with rosemary. Transfer to a plate. Add 1 tsp coconut oil to pan and apple; saute 5 minutes, until soft. Stir in ginger.
