Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. mayo
- 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 6 oz. broccoli slaw
- 8 slices rye bread
- 8 oz. sliced turkey
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 tbsp. butter
Directions

In bowl, whisk mayo, vinegar, sugar and garlic. Stir in slaw; season. Mound onto 4 slices bread. Top with turkey, cheese and remaining bread. In large nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium. Cook sandwiches until cheese melts and bread is golden, about 4 minutes per side.
