Ingredients
- 6 oz. campanelle pasta
- 1/2 bunch broccolini, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 1/2 cups thinly sliced radicchio
- 6 oz. bocconcini, quartered
- 3 oz. sliced salami, cut into strips
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon zest plus 2 tbsp. juice
Directions

In pot, cook pasta as directed, adding broccolini during last 2 minutes of cooking. Drain, rinse with cold water and transfer to a large bowl. Toss with remaining ingredients; season.
