Baja Fish Tacos

Ingredients
- 12 oz. white flaky fish such as grouper or mahi-mahi
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- Dash cumin
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 cup lowfat mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. salsa
- 8 (6-inch) corn tortillas
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
Directions

Sprinkle fish with salt, pepper and cumin. Heat oil over medium heat in nonstick skillet.

Add fish to skillet, cook about 5 minutes per side, until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Meanwhile, mix mayonnaise and salsa in small bowl. Warm tortillas per package directions.

Let dish cool slightly; chop into small pieces. Divide fish evenly among tortillas; top with lettuce and tomato. Drizzle witrh mayonnaise mixture.
