Baked Apple and Carrot Casserole

Ingredients

  • 5 apples, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 6 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • salt to taste
  • 2 cups cooked carrots, sliced lengthwise

Directions

  1. Place layer of apple slices on baking dish; cover with layer of carrots. Sprinkle with mixture of sugar, flour an salt. Repeat until ingredients are used. Pour juice over all.

  2. Bake at 350 degrees, for 20 to 30 minutes.
