Ingredients
- 6 large tart apples
- 1 cup seasoned sausage
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Directions

Wash apples; cut slice from top. Scoop out cores and pulp, leaving shells 3/4 inch thick. Chop pulp.

Combine pulp with sausage, salt and brown sugar. Fill apples with sausage mixture.

Bake at 375 degrees until done. Serve with potatoes or rice.
