Ingredients
- 6 large cooking apples, peeled and cored
- 2 Tbsp. artificially sweetened orange marmalade
- 1/2 cup orange juice
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In 3-quart casserole, place apples; dot with marmalade; then pour orange juice over apples. Cover an bake 1 hour or until apples are soft. Stir until apples are chunky.

To cook on range:

Prepare ingredients as above but place in 5-quart Dutch oven. Over high heat, cook to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cover; simmer 25 minutes until apples are chunky.
