Baked Artichokes

Ingredients

  • 2 (14 oz.) cans drained quartered artichokes
  • 1 Tbsp. fre4swh lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp. finely chopped pecans
  • 2 Tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Coat a 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray.

  2. Pat artichokes dry with paper towels. Place artichokes in pie plate and sprinkle with juice.

  3. In a small bowl, combine pecans, cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic and oil. Sprinkle evenly over artichokes. Bake 15 minutes or until golden.
