Ingredients
- 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped white onion
- 2 chopped serrano chiles
- 3 avocados
- 1 plum tomato, chopped
- 1 tsp kosher salt
Directions

Pulse cilantro, onion, and chiles in a mini food processor to make a paste. Combine with avocados in a bowl and mash until chunky. Stir in tomato and salt.
