Ingredients
- 2 poblano chiles
- 3 avocados
- 1/2 white onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped roasted red peppers
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1 tsp kosher salt
Directions

Char poblanos over an open flame, turning. Let cool, then peel, seed and finely chop. Mash avocados; stir in the poblanos, onion, cilantro, red peppers, lime juice and salt.
