Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 2 tbsp. water
- 2 tbsp. chopped dill
- 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp. scallions, chopped
- 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt

Puree avocado with mayo, buttermilk, water, dill, parsley, scallions, vinegar and salt in a blender until smooth.
