Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- 2 cups cooked shelled edamame
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. toasted sesame oil
- 4 tsp soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 cup chopped scallions
- Shichimi Togarashi (Japanese spice mix)
Directions

Puree avocados with edamame, lemon juice, sesame oil, soy sauce, and kosher salt in a food processor, adding water as needed to loosen. Stir in scallions. Sprinkle with Shichimi togarashi.
