Avocado Flatbread with Soppressata

Ingredients

  • Avocado-Walnut Pesto (see recipe)
  • 2 pieces naan bread
  • 8 thin slices fresh mozzarella
  • 4 tbsp. thinly sliced soppressata
  • Torn basil
  • Olive oil
  • Pepper

Directions

  1. Make Avocado-Walnut Pesto. Toast the bottoms of naan in a dry nonstick skillet. Top each with 1/4 cup of the pesto, half of the mozzarella and soppressata, and some torn basil; drizzle with olive oil and season with pepper.
