Ingredients
- Avocado-Walnut Pesto (see recipe)
- 2 pieces naan bread
- 8 thin slices fresh mozzarella
- 4 tbsp. thinly sliced soppressata
- Torn basil
- Olive oil
- Pepper
Directions

Make Avocado-Walnut Pesto. Toast the bottoms of naan in a dry nonstick skillet. Top each with 1/4 cup of the pesto, half of the mozzarella and soppressata, and some torn basil; drizzle with olive oil and season with pepper.
