Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 tbsp. lime juice
- 1/2 garlic clove, grated
- 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack
- 1 tbsp. finely chopped cilantro
- 1 scallion, thinly sliced
- Chili-flavored corn nuts
Directions

Puree avocado, cream cheese, lime juice, garlic, salt and pepper in a food processor until smooth. Stir in cheese, cilantro and scallion. Form into a ball and coat with corn nuts. Refrigerate 2 hours.
