Ingredients
- 3 1/2 lb. lean beef, cut into 1-inch cubes
- Flour for dredging
- Vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper, crushed
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 (1 lb. 12 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 large green pepper, cut into strips
- 12 oz. thin noodles, cooked, drained
Directions

Dredge beef with flour; brown in skillet with vegetable oil. Remove from heat; place beef in a large ovenproof casserole; add next 8 ingredients; cover. Bake at 300 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. Remove from oven; stir in cooked noodles.
