Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plus 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 up milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- Whipped cream
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a saucepan, combine 1 Tbsp. margarine and brown sugar. Cook over medium heat until sugar melts. Stir in the blueberries an pour into greased baking dish.

Beat together the remaining margarine an 1/2 up white sugar; beat in egg and milk. Sift together flour and baking powder. Combine with mixture an cover blueberry mixture with the batter an bake for 30 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
