Protein Fruit Shake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups frozen fruit (or fresh fruit + 4 ice cubes)
  • 2/3 cup whole milk
  • 1 T. sugar to taste
  • 2-3 T. protein powder
  • Optional, but recommended:
  • 2-3 tablespoons wheat germ
  • 1/2 tsp. Omega 3 oil
  • Vitamin powder (follow directions on can)

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender.
