Ingredients
- 1/2 cups frozen fruit (or fresh fruit + 4 ice cubes)
- 2/3 cup whole milk
- 1 T. sugar to taste
- 2-3 T. protein powder
- Optional, but recommended:
- 2-3 tablespoons wheat germ
- 1/2 tsp. Omega 3 oil
- Vitamin powder (follow directions on can)
