Ingredients
- 1 lb. kale, chopped
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, smashed
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. sugar
Directions

Cook kale in salted boiling water until tender, 3 minutes. Drain. Add olive oil, red onion, garlic and salt to the pot. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until lightly browned, 10 minutes. Stir in the vinegar and sugar. Add the kale and cook, tossing, 1 minute. Season to taste.
