Ingredients
- 1 jicama
- 4 radishes
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp agave syrup
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 scallion, sliced
- 2 tbsp. chopped cilantro
- 2 tbsp. chopped mint
Directions

Peel jicama and cut into thin matchsticks. Cut radishes into matchsticks. Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, agave, kosher salt and cayenne in a large bowl. Add the jicama, radishes, scallion, cilantro and mint; toss. Season with salt.
