That Kale Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp. drained capers
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Grated rind and juice of 2 lemons
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Directions

  1. Chop first 2 ingredients in a mini food processor. Add remaining ingredients and process for 1 minute. Refrigerate in a sealed jar for up to 1 week.
